Susan Finelli

Susan C. Finelli has spent the last 25 years building and leading top-performing law firms and financial services organizations. She is known for her strategic and financial expertise and has implemented industry-leading programs in the areas of operations, organization design, recruitment, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process improvement.

Ms. Finelli is an experienced public speaker and a skilled trainer and educator. She was one of 12 legal management professionals appointed to the 1990 Legal Management Specialists Delegation to the former Soviet Union. Ms. Finelli also served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University, where she developed their paralegal management program. She is a published author of numerous management and financial articles for The New York Law Journal and The National Law Journal.

Ms. Finelli has served as a member of The International Platform Association; The Board of Editors of The Rainmaker Quarterly; and the Law Office Economic Management Committee of the New York State Bar Association. She is also Past President of the New York City chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, and Financial Committee Chairperson for the national Association of Legal Administrators.
